What's Happening?

This is where we'll announce anything that might be of interest to folks like us who frequent this site. If you want to know about an upcoming session, a trip to operate with some other group, or our yearly Ops-fest, look around in here. Hopefully, we'll keep it up to date, with ... somewhat relevant material...

Contest for new and improved artwork...

 

Ok, our logo is very tacky! I'm referring to that tacky blue Michigan thing in the upper left corner of the page. If you've got a better idea, and something that will lend itself to vector graphics (this means we can expand or shrink it without losing any resolution), let's hear about it. So gather up you designs, software, pencils, whatever, and send us something better than what we've got.

If you design something on paper, just color it like you want it to appear, and we can draw it in a file for publication. Something taking up the theme of RR operations, yet pretty simple graphically will work. Hmmm. Sounds like a brain stretcher to me...

Don't ask what the reward is...we don't know yet...maybe just the joy of seeing your design live on in Michigan Operations History....
